Booking Conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS

ACCEPTANCE: Bookings may only be made by completing a booking form in full and are not accepted until written confirmation has been sent by People in Law Ltd (“the Organiser”).

CANCELLATIONS must be confirmed in writing to Sarah Morton or Fiona Wilson at People in Law, 91 Commercial Street, Spitalfields, London E1 6LY. If you cancel on or before 27 October 2022 we will refund your booking less an administrative charge of 15%. If you cancel after 27 October 2022 no refund will be given. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the event.

SUBSTITUTES may be sent for your booking at any time.

ABANDONMENT OR RELOCATION: In the event that the Conference is abandoned for whatever reason the Organiser shall refund any bookings it has received from applicants for places, who shall have no other claim whatsoever against the Organiser.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS: If you have any special requirements, please let us know in advance.
