David has accumulated more than 15 years’ experience delivering projects and programmes that facilitate how organisations digitally transform the work that their people do and the way they serve their customers.

He uses his experience to guide teams and organisations as they set new directions, identify opportunities for change and design services and experiences that users will love.  

As Organisations and business leaders reset for growth beyond Coronavirus, David is particularly interested in how organisations are elevating both the user and customer experience as they prepare for what is being referred to as the 'next normal'.

David is currently Consultancy Services Manager at MHR, where he is responsible for driving change and leading multi-disciplinary teams to tackle the most pertinent people-related business challenges for their most complex customers.
